Assemblies, Constant Velocity universal ball Joint (RF,UF),Constant Velocity
Universal Joint with Cross Raceways, Constant Velocity Universal Joint with
Double Offset Ball Basket, constant speed universal joint with tripods.
The annual output of Constant Velocity Joint Assemblies is 300,000 sets.
We adopt advanced manufacturing technical process, purchasing domestic
and international advanced production equipment and the corresponding
testing equipment. We mainly use CNC track grinder for CVJ outer race from
Italy FMT s.r.l. unit meccanodora. And CNC track grinder for CVJ inner race
from FMT s.r.l. unti meccanodora. We also buy Ball spline and thread machine
tools from Germany EX-CELL-O Corporation, carburizing, hardening and
tempering continuous heat treatment equipment from Germany IPSEN
Corporation and quenching and tempering equipment from Germany EFD. We
buy many advanced test instruments: global performance 575 coordinate
measuring machine from Germany hexagon Metrology, Axio Imager A1M from
Germany Carl Zeiss etc. In addition, we buy advanced test instrument from
home market and overseas market: static torsion test, torsional fatigue test
and four square test. We trust that our co***ny lies in advanced level in the
